Location: Darmstadt, next to the university; this new hotel sits on top of the old 70s main auditorium of the university, which lost its foyer for the new hotel restaurant.
lol "on top" @_@; this looks like a dormitory layout. then again, hotels, dorms... they're similar, i guess. ^^;; i bet they got this constructed pretty fast!

Took about a year... they had to tear down half the building that was there before first.
It's finished by now. Still looks ugly.
