About 40-50 new houses, condo style stuff, for something like 250-300 people to live in.
The area in the background is all residential-only in this area too.
Preparation finished by now too, but no houses being built yet.
Looks sorta surreal right now, with streets and lights and stuff all installed, but only empty lots inbetween the streets.
