lol this looks gorgeous! ^^ so the mine is eating away at the mountain? how can you tell? O_O; is it visible somehow? what is that little railing area off to the left side? is that for pedestrians to look out at something? ^^
the railing is for the cars, so they don't fall into the small river below lol
you probably mean that part where it like curves back a bit? never figured out what that was for either ^^;;
the mine ppl recently requested to be allowed to bomb more of the mountain away to "harvest" it. so, it's still like... eating away at it.
pics of these kind of open mines usually turn out pretty bad, this is still one of the more "okay" ones. there's quite a lot of mines along the mountain range here, which all sorta look like "open wounds" on the mountains to me.
