oh this is picture-perfect. that is one of the prettiest fountains ever! it must be very sturdy. ^^ also, what is with those screens on the roof that almost look like skylights? O_O; i like the flower baskets hanging out of the windows. this is so pretty. ^__^

i think there are some ... studio-like apartments up there, with those screens covering the windows.
