About two thirds of those buildings have been built already, the one in the right edge (the diffuse brown one) hasn't had a design chosen for it yet ^^; The block at the bottom left is the Children's Clinic from the other post.
WOAH. haha, never would've thought such a scene was behind this. lol that's a really nice layout. is this one of the major medical "centers" in heidelberg and surrounding areas?
it's a research center, they don't really do that much medical "support" for the communities - basically only as much as one or two "regular" hospitals. there are like over a dozen other hospitals in Heidelberg.
but it's one of the biggest medical research centers in the state. once complete, the state will have invested something like 1.5 billion dollar in that.

nah, not really.
