woah! that's one of the weirdest things ever. looks kinda too high-tech to be standing out there all on its own~ lol maybe there are things on ground level near it? but damn, that looks weird. @_@;; like a bank building or something out in the wild!
basically, there's a whole suburb off to the left that was built in the 60s - then another suburb off to the right in the 70s. the space inbetween wasn't suitable for multiple large residential highrise apartment buildings, so it was kept free until in the late 80s, this company decided to put their HQ building right there.
Only nearby building at ground level is a gas station i think.
lol i see. wonder what company it is! haha. no matter how i look at it, it looks so random! you know, it could almost pass for a photoshopped image or something. O_O;

company is MLP, they do... financial consulting.
with a lot of errr creative accounting, especially regarding taxes for the people who work for them *cough*
