Bone Stones

Standard 80s sidewalk in Germany, paved with Knochensteinen ("bone stones", due to their shape). Hand-laid, of course ^^;

The red-coloured ones to the right mark a bike lane.

    this was the 80s STANDARD? lol i LOVE walking on sidewaulks like this~ reminds me of doggy biscuits. XD pretty~~ lol you already posted new entries! so fast.

    yep, 80s standard. ^^

    they don't use them anymore that much, the new standard paving (at least in Heidelberg) is about 8x8 inch plates.
